The Firm has been appointed by the Warsaw Stock Exchange as  Authorised Advisor to The New Connect Alternative Trading System– therefore the firm is licenced to  provide the listing of shares of Companies on the  WSE’s New Connect market, which has been specifically designed and developed for the listing of securities of small and medium sized companies. The listing of shares on New Connect follows either the private placement of shares among groups of investors or the IPO of a company.
The firm, acting as the Authorized Advisor, drafts information memoranda  and assists the Client in the necessary arrangements with the WSE, The National Depositary of Securities,  The Financial Supervision authority snd so on.  
We have  advised  the following companies concerning   their New Connect listing :

• DOMEX BUD SA
• TOTMES CAPITAL SA
• PREMIUM FOOD RESTAURANTS SA
• TRANS POLONIA SA

In the case of TRANS POLONIA SA we have acted as a counsel assisting in moving the shares of the company from New Connect to the main market of the WSE. This was one of the very first transactions of this type.
Currently we are acting for a few other companies intending  to list on New Connect.
