The Firm has considerable experience in advising companies in crisis as well as advising companies which are creditors to the company that is either in bankruptcy proceedings or is in danger of insolvency.

We offer our services to companies that are highly indebted, in all stages of the crisis:

• Services concerning restructuring and reorganisation of the debt structure, including the negotiation of settlement agreements with creditors, the conversion of debt into shares etc;
• Initiation of rehabilitation proceedings
• Initiation of and representation in bankruptcy proceedings leading to settlement with creditors and the restructuring of the insolvent party's debt structure
• Initiation of and supervision of bankruptcy proceedings leading to the liquidation of insolvent company's assets and the distribution of those assets amongst creditors.

Also we offer our services to creditors who face the insolvency of their debtors, and their need to protect their interests before and during bankruptcy proceedings.

We have been advising two major companies and one medium-sized company (all three listed on regulated market) which have been adjudged bankrupt. One of them successfully reached a settlement agreement with its creditors, converted its major debt into shares, and upon payment of its outstanding obligations recovered from the state of insolvency. The remaining two companies are still in bankruptcy proceedings; however they continue their business activity and at least one of them has good prospects for a full recovery. The other has delisted its shares from the WSE. In addition to these cases our associates have been involved in a number of other insolvency cases in various capacities.
