The Firm has handled a great number of  cases in the field of administrative law, particularly regarding local government law, the  law on foreigners and citizenship, protection of personal data, environmental and mining law, construction & land use law, railroad and air transport regulations,  as well as regulations concerning financial markets etc. We have also represented clients before regulatory authorities and administrative courts,  have acted for private parties challenging administrative decisions and have advised government departments whose decisions have been challenged.

Of the cases handled by before the administrative courts, some have led to precedent-setting judgments. It is worth mentioning that several governmental agencies  facing difficult matters before the administrative courts have turned to us to represent them.

In the  handling of cases before regulatory authorities, the academic expertise of Prof. Marek Wierzbowski is of crucial importance, as Prof. Wierzbowski has been , for a number of years, a head of the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure at Warsaw University Law School. Mr. Stankiewicz also has considerable experience in the field of administrative law. Both Prof. Wierzbowski and Mr. Stankiewicz are co-authors of the two widely recognised commentaries, published by CH BECK, regarding the Code of Administrative Procedure and the Law on  Procedure Before Administrative Courts.  Other  lawyers in the Firm also have expertise in administrative law matters.
