Stanisław Radowicki, Senior Associate, member of the Bar Association in Warsaw. He graduated from the Center for American Law Studies of the University of Florida Levin College of Law and the Warsaw University Faculty of Law and Administration. He specializes on the administrative law and administrative proceedings – in particular pharmaceutical law (concerning mainly the clinical trials), IP law and TMT regulations. Stanislaw has extensive practice in the field of regulation of an economic activity related to the production and marketing of explosives, weapons, ammunition and technology for military. He has participated in many projects and transactions having an international dimension, advising clients from Polish and foreign markets. He has considerable experience in conducting administrative proceedings (including proceedings before the President of URPLWMiPB, GIF, President of the UOKiK) as well as the court proceedings in the field of criminal and civil cases.
Stanislaw also conducts academic activity through trainings and lectures for students concerning medical and pharmaceutical law. He is the author of dozens of articles regarding pharmaceutical and medical law and he co-authored several scientific publications, including commentary on the Act of strategic reserves, ed. M. Pawełczyk, P. Ligenza and R. Stankiewicz (Iuris, 2012).
