Anna Krysiak, advocate, partner, member of the Bar Association in Warsaw, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University, heads the litigation and ADR department of the Firm.
She specializes in civil law and proceedings. In her practice she focuses on the development and implementation of effective strategies for process and preparation of optimal legal solutions for institutional clients in the field of broadly understood civil, economic and commercial law. Anna Krysiak successfully represented clients – including leading companies from the telecommunications, energy and rail sector – in a number of complicated and unprecedented disputes before common and arbitration courts and before the Supreme Court. In the course of professional practice she has gained extensive experience in labor law cases. She also has experience in litigation within international civil procedure, concerning disputes on the determination of jurisdiction and applicable law, especially with regard to economic and commercial matters resolved with the use of instruments of EU law and international conventions. Anna Krysiak successfully participates in negotiations aimed at amicable settlement of disputes. She has extensive experience in handling cases before public administration authorities and representing clients before administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court. In particular, she has extensive experience in the regulation of the legal status of real estates.
Anna Krysiak is the author of several publications in the field of arbitration proceedings. She actively participates as a speaker in the specialized conferences and discussion panels.
